We have recently observed a significant increase in requests for SDS preparation in Thai and English.　A thorough review of the current SDSs revealed that not a single document met our quality thresholds based on the GHS criteria.

In the majority of cases, the rationale behind the hazard classifications in Sections 2 : Hazards identification and 3 : Composition/information on ingredientsis entirely unaddressed in Section 11: Toxicological information, despite the documents being signed and validated by third-party organizations.

Classifying a health hazard like Carcinogenicity X without providing supporting data, information within the SDS is a critical failure in regulatory compliance at some authorities.
