ม่อนแจ่ม ตั้งอยู่บริเวณหมู่บ้านม้งหนองหอย ในตำบลแม่แรม อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีลักษณะเป็นพื้นที่บนสันเขา มียอดสูงราว 1,350 เมตร
