Essential SDS Requirements

Thailand enforces strict SDS compliance under the Hazardous Substances Act B.E. 2535 and Ministry of Industry notifications.

LANGUAGEREQUIREMENTS

Thai language is mandatory for all SDS documents submitted to regulatory authorities.

Bilingual SDS (Thai and English) is strongly recommended for multinational operations to ensure full legal compliance.

Factory safety management: Additional enforcement is implemented according to Notification of the Ministry of Industry regarding Safety Measures on Chemical Management in Industrial Plants, B.E. 2565 (2022).
