なお、国際展示会・国際会議の再開に関する情報を追記しました。
タイ国エネルギー省が協賛するASEAN域内最大規模の「Asean Sustainable Energy Week（アセアン持続可能エネルギー週間）（注１）」の日程がつい最近、9月16日から18日にかけてバンコク都内BITEC展示場で開催されることが決定したようです（注２）。このイベントは、6月11日から13日の予定でしたが、時期を定めず順延となっていました。
同期間中、International Electric Vehicle Technology Conference and Exhibition (iEVTech 2020) & CEO eMobility Forum （国際電気自動車技術展示会・国際会議）もBITEC展示場で開催されます。

海外からタイへの航空機の乗り入れ禁止措置が未だ継続中です。しかも入国者には１４日間の隔離が義務づけられ、いわば鎖国状態のこの時期、海外からも多数の参加者が見込まれる国際イベントにエネルギー省が協賛を出したことは、“開国”も近いと考えて良いのかもしれません。
