The alignment between Thailand’s chemical regulatory frameworks and the legal instruments in OECD

Legal_Instrument in Chemicals

Starting in late 2026, Thailand must undergo a Technology Review conducted by the OECD Chemicals and Biotechnology Committee and other relevant bodies. During this review, the alignment between Thailand’s chemical regulatory frameworks and the legal instruments outlined in the table will be rigorously evaluated.
