HS-TECH ENGINEERING is now conducting a publishing project in collaboration with local experts and organizers of a publishing company to share chemicals regulation with people who want to grasp information particularly in ASEAN region and India.

The project produces results as some articles, entitled ' Regulatory Status Report on Chemicals in ASEAN counties & India' for CHEMICALS JOURNAL, which will be published monthly in Tokyo starting on August and later in consecutive seven months. Our articles will cover Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine and India.

THE FIRST ARTICLE ON THAILAND;

Mr. Hashimoto, President of HS-TECH ENGINEERING prepares a manuscript on current status toward renovation for Hazardous Substance Control Act in Thailand. The report will be inserted on the first number of the CHEMICALS JOURNAL.

He will mention some key topics in depth including notification on hazardous substances information to Hazardous Substance Control Bureau (HSCB), Department of the Industry (DIW), existing chemicals inventory, judgement system on hazardous substance by HSCB through the Internet and the procedures on request of confidential business information (CBI) via e-mail to HSCB.
