วันที่19 เมษายน 2568 จังหวัดเชียงใหม่สร้างประวัติศาสตร์ใหม่ด้วยการบันทึกสถิติกินเนสส์บุ๊กในการฟ้อนเล็บหมู่ เนื่องในโอกาสเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 729 ปีแห่งการสถาปนาเมืองเชียงใหม่ มีผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมกว่า 7,218 คน ซึ่งเป็นจำนวนที่มากที่สุดในโลก ผู้เข้าร่วมการฟ้อนเล็บแต่งกายด้วยชุดผ้าซิ่นพื้นเมือง ซึ่งเป็นชุดที่นิยมใช้ในงานบุญประเพณี และเป็นชุดฟ้อนรำแบบล้านนา

โดยฟ้อนเล็บในครั้งนี้ได้จัดขึ้นบริเวณรอบคูเมืองเชียงใหม่และใจกลางเวียงเชียงใหม่ เพื่อแสดงถึงความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

กิจกรรมนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และคาดว่าจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดเด่นที่ช่วยส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของเชียงใหม่ให้เป็นเมืองที่เต็มไปด้วยศิลปวัฒนธรรมและกิจกรรมที่ดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวทั่วโลกในอนาคต

On April 19, 2025 Chiang Mai Province made new history by recording a Guinness World Record (Largest Thai Dance in Chiangmai,Thailand 2025) for nail dancers to celebrate the 729 th anniversary of the city’s founding of Chiang Mai.

The largest performance of “Fawn Leb,” a traditional Northern Thai fingernail dance, with 7,218 dancers participating. The participants were dressed in traditional sarongs, which are popularly used in traditional festivals and are a type of Lanna dance.

This time, Fawn Leb was held in the heart of the city of Chiang Mai to show the uniqueness of local culture and promote tourism in Chiang Mai.

This activity has attracted attention from both domestic and international tourists and is expected to be another highlight that will help promote Chiang Mai’s image as a city full of arts, culture and activities that will attract tourists from all over the world in the future.

チェンマイ市は2025年4月19日、建都729周年を記念して、ネイルダンサーのギネス世界記録（Largest Thai Dance in Chiangmai, Thailand 2025）を達成し、新たな歴史を刻んだ。

タイ北部の伝統的なネイルダンスである 「フォーン・レブ 」の最大のパフォーマンスで、7,218人の踊り手が参加した。踊り手達は伝統的な祭りでよく使われる伝統衣装のサロンを身にまとい、ランナー舞踊を披露した。

今回、チェンマイ市の中心部で開催されたフォーン・レブは、地元文化のユニークさを示し、チェンマイの観光を促進することを目的としている。

この催しは、国内外からの観光客の注目を集めており、今後、世界中から観光客を惹きつける芸術、文化、アクティビティに溢れた都市としてのチェンマイのイメージを広める、もうひとつの目玉となることが期待されている。

ในยุคที่ผู้คนใส่ใจสุขภาพมากขึ้น “ผลไม้” กลายเป็นทางเลือกที่ดูปลอดภัยและดีต่อร่างกาย
แต่รู้หรือไม่ว่า ผลไม้หลายชนิดกลับเป็นแหล่งสะสมของ สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช โดยไม่รู้ตัว

เช่น องุ่น ส้ม แอปเปิ้ล หรือฝรั่ง มักมีการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดแมลงและเชื้อราในปริมาณสูง เพื่อให้ผลผลิตดูดีและเก็บรักษาได้นาน

แม้จะล้างด้วยน้ำเปล่า แต่หากล้างไม่ถูกวิธี อาจยังมีสารตกค้างหลงเหลืออยู่ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อสุขภาพในระยะยาว เช่น ภูมิแพ้ ฮอร์โมนแปรปรวน หรือโรคเรื้อรังบางชนิด

รัฐบาลไทย โดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ได้กำหนดค่า สารตกค้างสูงสุด (Maximum Residue Limits - MRLs) สำหรับผลไม้ต่างๆ หากพบสารตกค้างเกินจากนี้ จะถือว่าไม่ปลอดภัยและผิดกฎหมาย เกณฑ์ในไทยเข้มงวดกว่าเกณฑ์ในประเทศที่คุณอาศัยอยู่หรือไม่

กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ได้แนะนำวิธีการล้างผลไม้เพื่อความปลอดภัย ดังนี้ :

• ผลไม้ที่มีเปลือกหนา (เช่น ส้ม สาลี่): แช่น้ำก่อนแล้วล้างด้วยน้ำไหล ใช้มือถูเปลือกไปพร้อมกัน
• ผลไม้ที่มีเปลือกบาง (เช่น องุ่น): ล้างด้วยน้ำไหลผ่านก่อน แล้วนำไปแช่ในน้ำสะอาดทั้งพวงโดยไม่ต้องเด็ดออกเป็นลูก เนื่องจากอาจทำให้สารเคมีที่ละลายอยู่ในน้ำซึมเข้าทางแผลที่ขั้วหรือเปลือกได้
• การปอกเปลือก: การปอกเปลือกออกก่อนรับประทานจะเป็นการลดปริมาณสารตกค้างได้ เนื่องจากสารตกค้างส่วนใหญ่จะติดอยู่ที่เปลือกของผลไม้ .​

In an era where people are more health-conscious, “fruits” have become a safe and healthy choice.

But did you know that many fruits are sources of pesticides without you knowing it?

For example, grapes, oranges, apples, or guavas often use high amounts of pesticides and fungicides to make the produce look good and last longer.

Even if you wash them with plain water, if you don’t wash them properly, there may still be residues left, which can affect your health in the long term, such as allergies, hormonal fluctuations, or certain chronic diseases.

The Thai government, through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has set the Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for various fruits. If residues are found to exceed this level, they will be considered unsafe and illegal. Is the limit in Thai more strict than the limit in the country where you live?

The Department of Medical Sciences recommends the following methods for washing fruits for safety:

• Fruits with thick skins (e.g. oranges, pears): soak them in water first, then wash them with running water, rubbing the skins with your hands at the same time.

• Fruits with thin skins (e.g. grapes): wash them with running water first. Then soak the whole bunch in clean water without picking it into individual pieces, as this can cause chemicals dissolved in the water to seep into the wounds on the stem or the peel.

• Peeling: Peeling the skin before eating will reduce the amount of residue, as most residues are stuck to the peel of the fruit.
