●タイではEV車ブーム
9月の新車申請台数は6,255台、その内テスラは375台、日系EV車は？

タイ国政府観光庁・新総裁自身が中国側と交渉したようですが、お流れになったようです。

Thai SDS requires hazard communication, based on the new Notification
Thailand Ministry of Industry published “Notification of the Ministry of Industry regarding Safety Measures on Chemical Management in Industrial Plants, B.E. 2565 (2022)” in the Royal Gazette on 25 April 2022.
Factory owners must provide Label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of chemicals in Thai language.
The label and SDS must contain details according to the Thai GHS.
It shall come into force under the following conditions and period:
(1) Substance, it shall come into force after one year from the day following the date of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
(2) Mixtures, it shall come into effective after two years from the day following the date of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
For mixtures, factory owners shall prepare Thai version of SDS in accordance with DIW’s Notification by the next April 25th, 2024.

SDS เป็นภาษาไทยที่จ าเป็นส าหรับการสื่อสารความเป็นอันตราย
กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมประเทศไทยได้มีประกาศจากราชกิจจานุเบกษา
“ประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมเรื่อง มาตรการความปลอดภัยเกี่ยวกับการจัดการสารเคมีในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2565 ” ในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2565
ผู้ประกอบกิจการโรงงานต้องจัดให้มีฉลากและเอกสารข้อมูลความปลอดภัยที่เป็นภาษาไทย
ฉลากและเอกสารข้อมูลความปลอดภัยต้องมีรายละเอียดตามระบบการจำแนกและการสื่อสารความเป็นอันตรายของสารเคมี โดยอ้างอิงตามระบบ GHS
โดยให้ใช้บังคับภายใต้เงื่อนไขและระยะเวลา ดังนี้
(๑) กรณีเป็นสารเดี่ยวให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันถัดจากวันที่ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
(๒) กรณีเป็นสารผสมให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันถัดจากวันที่ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
สำหรับสารผสม ผู้ประกอบกิจการโรงงานจะต้องจัดทำ SDS ฉบับภาษาไทยตามประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมภายในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2567
